Find the nameservers and records to use

Where the control panel shows the settings to connect a domain to your hosting or email.

To connect a domain to a service, you either point the domain's nameservers at it, or add records to the domain's zone. The control panel shows you which, for each service.

For hosting

  1. Open All services and click the hosting service.
  2. Click Connection details in the Manage panel.

    Connection details shows the nameservers, the server address and the account name.
  3. Use the nameservers shown there with Change your domain's nameservers — or, to keep your DNS where it is, add an A record pointing at the server address.

For email

On the email service page, the DNS records action lists the exact MX, SPF and verification records your mailboxes need. See Set up your business email.

For a domain registered here

The domain overview shows the nameservers the domain uses right now. See See which nameservers a domain uses.

Tip

Hosting and domain both with us? Use the hosting's nameservers and the domain's records are managed with the hosting. You don't need to set anything up twice.
