Your clients' infrastructure. Managed simply.
You build the sites. We supply what they run on. Create a record for each client, order domains, hosting, servers, certificates and mailboxes in their name, and give them a login to what you run for them — all from one account.
Built for freelancers, web designers, developers and agencies.
- Client records One per client, yours to manage
- Buy for a client Any service, in their name
- Client logins They see only what you bought for them
- One invoice Per order, in your name
Who it is for
Built for the people who build the web.
Whether you work alone or with a team, Agency Partners lets you run your clients' infrastructure without adding another layer of admin to your week.
-
Freelancers
Domains, hosting and mailboxes for every client, in one place, under one login.
-
Web designers
Deliver the whole site — design, domain and hosting — without sending the client to three other platforms.
-
Developers
Put each project on hosting or a server you can reach and manage yourself, client by client.
-
Web agencies
Every client's services in one account, client by client, with a login for each of them and a clear view of what runs and what renews.
The problem
Managing several clients should not mean managing several platforms.
Most of the friction in client work is not the building. It is what surrounds it.
- A registrar for the domains
- A hosting company for the sites
- Another provider for the servers
- Mailboxes scattered across accounts
- Logins nobody can quite find
- Clients asking for their access, again
- Renewal dates kept in a spreadsheet
One account, everything in it.
With Agency Partners, every client's domains, hosting, servers, certificates and mailboxes sit in your Digipacket account, filed under the client they belong to. One list of what renews, one invoice per order — and each client gets a login to their own services only when you decide they should.
How it works
From your first client to your next project.
Nothing to install and nothing to learn: it is the account you already know, with an Agency space added to it.
-
Join from your account
Sign in, open Agency Partners and choose a plan. A free plan opens the space at once; a paid one opens it as soon as its invoice is paid.
-
Create a client
Name, company, e-mail and postal address — the details that go on a domain's WHOIS in the client's name rather than yours.
-
Order for the client
At checkout, say who the order is for. The service lands in your account under that client, provisioned and invoiced to you, at the product-page price.
-
Give them a login, or not
One click sends the client an invitation. Signed in, they see and manage only the services you bought for them; you can suspend or reinstate that access at any time.

The services
Everything your projects need.
One account for every technical service a client site depends on.
Your account
Your clients. Their services. One view.
The Agency space lists your clients, the services you run for each and what happened lately, and opens every service for management. Below, what it looks like with a few clients in it.
Illustration of the account area. Figures are examples.
- One page per client Their details, their services, their orders and a timeline of what was done.
- Status at a glance Active, being set up, renewing soon, needs attention — per client or all at once.
- Renewals in one list Every date, every amount, before it is due.
- Client access Invite a client, send them a new password link, suspend or reinstate them.
- Invoices together One list, downloadable, in your name — clients never see them.
- Open the panel cPanel, server console or mailbox admin from the service page.
Control
You keep control.
The services are in your account, so the decisions are yours: who holds a password, when a domain moves, what a client is told.
A client login sees only the services you bought for them — no prices, no invoices, no cart. The account, the money and the renewals stay with you.
-
Client logins on your terms
A client signs in only if you invite them, sees only the services in their name, and can be suspended or reinstated in one click.
-
Domains locked by default
The transfer lock and the authorisation code are on the service page — nothing moves without you releasing it.
-
DNS in your hands
Every zone is edited from your account. Point a client's domain wherever the project needs.
-
Renewals you decide
Renew, let lapse or transfer out, client by client, from one list of dates.
-
Hand over when it suits
When a client takes their site in-house, unlock the domain, release the code and pass on the access — the site keeps running throughout.
-
One account, protected
Two-factor authentication and a sign-in history on the account that holds everything.

Straight answers
Before you apply.
Freelancers, web designers, developers, studios and agencies — anyone who builds or looks after websites for clients and would rather hold the infrastructure in one place. You join from your own account.
Yes. At checkout you say which client the order is for. The service is set up under your account and filed under that client; a domain's WHOIS carries the client's details, not yours. The order and the invoice are yours.
If you want them to. One click sends the client an invitation to choose a password. Signed in, they see only the services you bought for them and manage those — DNS, control panel, mailboxes — with no prices, no invoices and no ordering. You can suspend or reinstate that access at any time.
You hand it over on your terms: unlock the domain, release the authorisation code, share the panel credentials or export the site. Nothing moves without you, and the site keeps running while it does.
That depends on the plan. A plan may be free or carry a flat fee per month or year, shown on this page and again before you join; a paid plan opens your space as soon as its invoice is paid. The services you order are billed at the product-page price on top.
Sign in — or create an account — and open Agency Partners in your account. Choose a plan and your space opens; add your first client from there. If you have a question first, the form below reaches a person.
