Automatic monitoring
Surveillance automatique (automatic monitoring):
| Setting | Starts | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| Analyse hebdomadaire (weekly scan) | On | Scans the site once a week in the background. |
| Alertes par e-mail (e-mail alerts) | On | After a weekly scan, e-mails you when a new critical problem has appeared or the score has dropped by 10 points or more. |
| Adresse des alertes (alert address) | The site's admin e-mail | Where those alerts go. |
| Assistance proactive (proactive support) | Off | When a weekly scan finds a new critical problem, also sends the report to us, so we can offer to fix it before you notice. |
Note
The weekly scan runs on WP-Cron, which WordPress triggers when the site has visitors. On a site that gets almost none, it runs later than a week.
Proactive support sends the new problems, the score, the WordPress and PHP versions and your contact details below. Nothing is sent while it is off.
Your contact details
Vos coordonnées (your contact details) tells us how to reach you about your site. Pick one:
- Utiliser les coordonnées de mon site (use my site's details) — the site's admin e-mail address, shown beside the option.
- Me contacter à d'autres coordonnées (contact me elsewhere) — then enter an E-mail, a Téléphone (phone), or both, and an optional Message (facultatif): the best time to call, who to ask for.
These details go with proactive-support alerts, and they fill in the quote form for you.
Tip
If you pick the second option but leave both the e-mail and the phone empty, saving falls back to the first.
The Support button
Support, at the top right of every DigiAudit screen, opens our contact page in a new tab.
