How selling from your own store works

The whole arrangement in one page: who pays whom, who the client belongs to, and when a service is delivered.

Read this one first. Everything else in this section is a step inside it.

The short version

You sell our catalogue on your own WooCommerce store, at prices you set. Your customer pays you. You pay us, at your cost price, from your Agency space. We deliver the service to your customer.

Nothing about us appears on your store, and nothing about your margin appears to your customer.

What happens, in order

  1. Your customer buys a plan or a domain on your site and pays you, at your price, through whatever payment method your store uses. That money is yours and never passes through us.
  2. The plugin tells your Agency space. It creates the buyer as one of your clients if they are new, and places an order in their name. The order is unpaid, and nothing has been created at the provider.
  3. You pay the order in your Agency space, at your cost price. Until you do, nothing is delivered.
  4. We deliver. The domain is registered, the hosting or the server is built, the mailboxes are created. Your client's details are the public contact on any domain.
  5. Your store catches up. The plugin follows the order and, when every service on it is active, marks the WooCommerce order complete.

Note

The client record is not a login. Your client cannot sign in to our panel unless you invite them, and a client you invite sees only the services you bought for them, with no prices and nothing to order. See Give a client a login.

Why the plugin cannot pay

A key installed on a website can read the catalogue, check a domain and create an order. It cannot pay for one. Paying happens in your panel, signed in, on purpose — so that a stolen key costs you a cancelled order rather than money.

What you need before you start

  • An active Agency Partner space. Join at /account/agency, or read what the programme is first.
  • A WordPress site with WooCommerce active.
  • Your store's currency set to the one your Agency account is billed in.

Then follow Install the plugin and connect it.

Still stuck

Nothing here fits? Write to us.

Tell us what you are trying to do rather than what went wrong, and we will tell you whether it is something we can fix from here.

  • Answered by a person

There is no ticket robot in front of us. What you write is what somebody reads.

  • Say what you are trying to do

The fastest answers come from the message that explains the goal, not only the error.

  • Your services are already in front of us
