Digipacket Agency Partner

Your customers become your clients

What the plugin creates in your Agency space on a sale, what a client can see, and when to give one a login.

2 min read Updated

A sale on your store creates a client record in your Agency space. That record is yours, and it is not a login.

What the plugin creates

From the billing address on the WooCommerce order: name, company, email address, phone and the full postal address. Those fields are required because they become the public contact on any domain registered for that client — registries insist on a real contact, and it is the client's, never yours.

  • A buyer whose email address already matches one of your clients is matched to it. No second record, and the order joins the ones already in their name.
  • A buyer who is new gets a record created on the spot.
  • A client you have suspended blocks the order rather than being quietly reinstated. The order note says so; reinstate them in your Agency space and send it again.

Your plan sets how many clients you may hold. When it is full, the order is refused with that reason and nothing is created.

What you see

Agency Partners → Clients in your account lists them, and each client's page carries their details, the services bought for them, the orders placed in their name, and a timeline of what has happened.

Giving a client a login

Optional, and a decision you make per client. On the client's page, Invite creates them a login and emails them a one-hour link to set a password.

A client login sees:

  • the services you bought for them, and the tools to manage them — DNS, contacts, nameservers;
  • nothing else.

It cannot see a price, an invoice, a renewal or your address, and it cannot order or pay anything. Those rows are yours. If a client asks for something, they ask you.

Note

An email address that already has an account here cannot be attached to your client record. We never hand somebody's existing account to a third party. Use another address for the login, or leave that client without one.

Suspending a client

Suspending a client closes their login and ends their sessions immediately. It does not touch their services: suspension is about access to this panel, not about the provider. Reinstate them and the login works again.

Deleting things

Removing the plugin from your store leaves your clients and their services exactly as they are — they live in your Agency space, not in WordPress. Removing a client record is done in your Agency space and is a separate decision from anything on your store.
