Digipacket Agency Partner

Follow an order from sale to delivery

What the plugin sends when a customer pays, where you pay us, and how your store learns the service is live.

3 min read Updated

Your customer pays you. Then three things happen, and you do one of them.

1. The plugin sends the order

As soon as the WooCommerce payment completes, the plugin sends the order to your Agency space and writes a note on it:

> Digipacket Agency: order DP-… placed for … Invoice … is waiting for your payment — nothing is delivered until it is paid.

The note carries the payment link. The order also gains a Digipacket Agency box in the sidebar of its edit screen, with our order number, its state, your cost and the state of each service.

What is sent is the plan, the term, the quantity, the domain or hostname, and the billing address as the client's details. No price is sent — the order is priced from the catalogue on our side, so nothing on your store can move what you are charged.

2. You pay us

Two ways in, and both reach the same invoice:

  • The Pay in my Agency space button in the order's Digipacket Agency box.
  • Agency Partners → Website & API in your account, where every order from your sites is listed with Review & pay beside the unpaid ones.

Card or bank transfer, like any other invoice on your account. A prepaid balance is planned and is not available yet.

Important

Nothing is created at the provider until that invoice is paid. An order left unpaid delivers nothing, and your customer has already paid you — so pay it the same day, or refund them.

3. Delivery, and your store catching up

Once the invoice is paid we register the domain, build the hosting or the server, create the mailboxes. The plugin checks the order hourly and writes what changed onto the WooCommerce order:

  • order paid, delivery in progress;
  • every service active;
  • or the order is now failed or cancelled, with a pointer to your Agency space for the reason.

When every service is active, the WooCommerce order is marked completed — unless you turned that switch off on the dashboard, which some stores do because they complete an order only after their own checks.

Reading the state at a glance

The orders list in WooCommerce gains a Digipacket column:

It saysIt means
To payWe have the order. You have not paid it. Nothing is delivered.
Paid · deliveringPaid. Services are being created.
DeliveredEvery service on the order is active.
—No Digipacket item on that order.

Two actions sit in the order's own actions menu:

  • Digipacket Agency: refresh status — ask now instead of waiting for the hour.
  • Digipacket Agency: send again — resend an order that was refused.

Sending again is safe

Every order carries your shop's own reference. Sending it again returns the order we already made rather than making a second one, so the button cannot double-charge you. If the first attempt was refused, the note on the order says why; fix the cause, then press it.

The client on the order

The buyer becomes a client of your Agency space, matched by email address if they have bought before. Their details are the public contact on any domain registered for them. See Your customers become your clients.
