My site shows only a licence message
The licence is not active for this address. Open Aether → Licence: the state at the top says why — no licence, expired, or in use on another site. Renew it, enter a key, or release the other site; then click Check now. Details in Your licence, updates and moving a site.
The header shows a menu button on a wide screen
On purpose: when your menu, the currency, the cart and the button do not fit on one row, the header switches to the menu button rather than pushing the page sideways. To bring the tabs back, shorten their labels, group services under fewer tabs, or choose a wider Site width in Aether → Settings → Layout.
My CSS changes do not show
- Put your CSS in the child theme's
style.css, or in Appearance → Customize → Additional CSS. Aether's own files are replaced by every update. - Clear your page cache and your browser's cache.
- Aether loads the minified copy of each stylesheet and script (
theme.min.cssbesidetheme.css). To work against the readable files while you debug, adddefine( 'SCRIPT_DEBUG', true );towp-config.php— and take it out afterwards. - A page built with Elementor keeps its own generated styles: after an update, open Elementor → Tools and click Clear Files & Data.
The fonts look like the system font
With Where the fonts come from set to This site, the fonts are copied to your server when you save. If the copy cannot be made — the uploads folder is not writable, or your server may not fetch files — the system font is used rather than Google's, and the line under the setting says why. Fix the cause, then save Typography again; or switch back to Google Fonts.
Form messages do not arrive
Messages are always kept under Aether → Messages, even when the e-mail fails — check there first. If they are there but not in your mailbox, your site cannot send mail: install an SMTP plugin and connect it to a real mailbox. See Forms, messages and the sign-in page.
Prices are missing, or in the wrong currency
Prices come from the Agency Partner plugin. Check that the catalogue is imported and that your store's currency is the one your Agency account is billed in: Agency Partner troubleshooting.
Asking us
Open Aether → Settings → Advanced → System details, copy them, and paste them into a new ticket with what you did and what you saw. They list the versions of Aether, WordPress, PHP, Elementor, WooCommerce and the Agency Partner plugin, and your site's language — no password, no key.
