DigiAudit looks at a WordPress site from the inside and tells its owner what is wrong, why it matters, and what fixing it involves. When they want something fixed, they tick it and send us a quote request from the same screen.
What it checks
56 checks in four groups:
| Group | Checks | For example |
|---|---|---|
| Security | 23 | Outdated or abandoned plugins, HTTPS and the certificate, exposed backup files, debug mode, the built-in file editor |
| Performance | 11 | PHP version, server response time, page cache, compression, heavy images |
| SEO | 14 | Whether Google may index the site, the home page title and description, the sitemap, image alt text |
| Maintenance | 8 | Backups, whether e-mail can be delivered, recent PHP errors, scheduled tasks, disk space |
The full list, with what each one looks at, is in The 56 checks.
What you get
- A score out of 100 and a grade from A to E, with a score per group and the change since the previous scan.
- Each problem explained: what was found, why it matters to the business, the recommended fix, and whether that is a quick fix, a standard job or an advanced one.
- A quote request in one click, with a reference number and an acknowledgement by e-mail.
- A weekly scan in the background, with an e-mail when something gets worse.
- A printable report, a dashboard widget and a red badge in the admin menu when critical problems are open.
What it does not do
- It does not change anything. Every check only reads. The fixes are the work a quote request asks us for.
- It does not scan files for malware. It checks how the site is configured and maintained, not the contents of every file.
- It is in French. The admin screens, the e-mails and the report are written in French. These guides give the English meaning beside each label.
Who receives a quote request
The published plugin sends quote requests to Digipacket, by e-mail, from your own server. Nothing is sent until you fill in the form and tick the consent box. What it sends lists every field.
Note
Agencies can point DigiAudit at their own address and brand before installing it on a client site. See Brand it for your agency.
