After signing in you land on the overview. Each card summarises one part of the account and opens the detail behind it.

The sidebar

The sidebar is on every page of the panel.

The sidebar
  • My servicesAll services, and one page per kind: Domains, Hosting, Servers, Email, SSL.
  • BillingInvoices, Payments, Renewals and your Billing summary.
  • AccountOrders, Profile, Security, Addresses and Support.

All services

All services lists everything on the account in one place. Filter it by status or by kind, and click a service to open its page.

All services

Every service page has the same three parts: Manage with the actions you can take today, Billing & renewal, and an Activity log of what has been done.

The search field at the top finds domains, invoice numbers and sections of the panel. Press the key shown in the field to jump to it from anywhere.

Notifications

The bell at the top shows what has happened on the account — an invoice raised, a service set up, a reply on a ticket. Choose which ones also arrive by email under Notification preferences.

Still stuck?

Open a ticket from your control panel and say which step you reached. A screenshot of what you see is the fastest way to show us.

Still stuck

Nothing here fits? Write to us.

Tell us what you are trying to do rather than what went wrong, and we will tell you whether it is something we can fix from here.

  • Answered by a person

There is no ticket robot in front of us. What you write is what somebody reads.

  • Say what you are trying to do

The fastest answers come from the message that explains the goal, not only the error.

  • Your services are already in front of us

Sign in first and we can see the account the question is about without asking you to describe it.
