Getting help

Open a support ticket

How to ask us for help from your control panel, and what to include so we can answer first time.

1 min read Updated

A ticket keeps the whole conversation in one place, linked to the service it's about, and you can follow it from the panel.

Open a ticket

  1. Click Support in the sidebar, then Create ticket.
  2. Fill in the form:
    The new ticket form
FieldWhat to put
SubjectOne line about what is wrong
CategoryThe area it's about — it sends the ticket to the right person
PriorityNormal for most things. Choose High only if something is down
Related serviceThe domain, hosting or mailbox it concerns. It saves a round trip
What is happeningWhat you expected, what happened instead, and what you've already tried. Paste error messages exactly
AttachmentUp to 2 files, 5 MB each — PDF, PNG or JPG. A screenshot is often the fastest way to show us
  1. Click Open ticket.

Follow and reply

Your tickets are listed under Support. Open one to read our reply and add yours — replying keeps the history together, so there's no need to open a second ticket about the same thing.

Important

Never put a password in a ticket. We never need it — if we need access to something, we'll tell you the safe way to give it.

Still stuck?

Open a ticket from your control panel and say which step you reached. A screenshot of what you see is the fastest way to show us.

Nothing here fits? Write to us.

Tell us what you are trying to do rather than what went wrong, and we will tell you whether it is something we can fix from here.

  • Answered by a person

There is no ticket robot in front of us. What you write is what somebody reads.

  • Say what you are trying to do

The fastest answers come from the message that explains the goal, not only the error.

  • Your services are already in front of us

Sign in first and we can see the account the question is about without asking you to describe it.
