A server you rent from us can be reached three ways. Which you use depends on what you're doing.

| SSH | Everything else — installing software, reading logs, editing configuration |
| cPanel / WHM | Websites, mailboxes and databases, when the server was ordered with cPanel |
Open the management panel
- In the sidebar, click Servers and open the server.
- Click Manage service, then the control panel action in the Manage panel.
The panel opens in a new tab. It is the door that still works when the server itself won't answer — a stuck boot, a firewall rule that locked you out.
Connect over SSH
You need the server's IP address, the username (usually root) and its password or key. See Connect to your server over SSH.
Open cPanel / WHM
If cPanel was included with the plan, it is installed for you. Sign in to WHM as root at https://your.server.ip:2087, or open it from the server's service page where that is offered.
