Each service page in your clients' panel can carry a Billing & renewal panel. You decide whether it is there.
Open Agency Partners in the sidebar and find What your clients see. Tick or untick Billing & renewal on their services, then save.
It is off until you turn it on, and that is deliberate
The figures in that panel are the ones on your invoices — what you paid us. They are not what you charge your client.
Left visible by default, a service page would tell the person you resell to exactly what you bought the service for. So the switch starts off, for every agency, including yours.
Turn it on if you bill at cost, or if the "client" is another part of your own company.
What the panel shows when it is on
- what the service was bought as, and the price on that line
- the billing cycle and the renewal date
- whether it renews automatically
- the invoices the service appears on
What does not change either way
This is about what is shown, not about what a client can do. A client login has never been able to buy, pay, or open your billing pages, and turning this on does not open any of them:
- the cart and the checkout stay closed to them
- Billing, Invoices, Payments, Renewals and Orders are not in their sidebar and cannot be reached by typing the address
- your own agency space is invisible to them
Turning the switch on reveals figures the service page already holds. It opens no new page.
Tip
The setting applies to every client you have, and it applies whether or not you use your own panel domain. There is no per-client version of it — a figure shown to one client is a figure shown to all of them, and a switch that is answered one client at a time is a switch that eventually gets answered wrongly.
