Your panel already carries your name and your accent colour. A logo replaces the tile that draws your initial, on your sign-in page and in the panel your clients use.
Open Agency Partners in the sidebar, then Panel domain, and find Your brand.
The logo is part of the white-label option, so it applies on your own hostname only. Nothing changes on our site, and if you have not claimed a hostname yet there is nothing for a logo to appear on — start with Put the control panel on your own domain.
Upload one
Choose a file and press Upload logo. It appears straight away, next to a Remove button.
| Formats | PNG, JPEG or WEBP |
| Size | up to 512 KB |
| Dimensions | up to 2048 pixels each way |
Give it a transparent background if the format allows one — the panel draws it on white in light mode and on a dark surface in dark mode, and a white rectangle around your mark shows in the second.
The height is fixed and the width follows your image, so a wide wordmark and a square badge both sit correctly. You do not need to crop to a square.
Why SVG is not accepted
An SVG is not only a picture: it is a document that can carry its own script. Your logo is displayed inside the page your clients type their password into, so a file that can run code there is a file that can read what they type.
Every other upload on this platform is delivered as a download, which is what makes an SVG harmless elsewhere. This is the one file that has to be displayed in place, and there is no way to accept SVG here and keep your sign-in page trustworthy. Export your mark as PNG instead — at twice the size you need, so it stays sharp on high-resolution screens.
Remove it
Press Remove. Your initial on a tile in your accent colour comes back.
Note
That tile is a finished mark, not a gap waiting to be filled. An agency that never uploads anything is not missing something.
Where it does not appear
Your logo is your panel's. It is not used on invoices, which are issued by us to you, and it is not used as the sender of e-mails — sending from your own domain needs mail records published under it, which is a separate piece of work. The invitation and password e-mails your clients receive already carry your name and link to your hostname.
