Global reach

Customers everywhere, one home region.

Digipacket serves businesses across the world and bills them in one currency. The hosting, servers and business mailboxes it sells run in the United States, and that is written here rather than dressed up as a map of regions. This page says what is global, what is regional, and how to serve users who are far from the machine.

Worldwide customers

One currency, one account

United States

Hosting, servers, mailboxes

No region

Domain names

Enforced

At six levels of the platform

What is global

The parts of the platform that have no region at all.

Some products do not run anywhere in particular. A name resolves everywhere, a mailbox is wherever its owner is, and an account is a login.

Domain names

A domain carries no region. A .com is a .com in every country, and the country endings are the countries themselves. Search, register, transfer and point a name from one place, wherever the business behind it sits.

Titan and Google Workspace

Both are sold as the provider's worldwide product rather than a regional one, and a mailbox is reachable from any device on any continent. Business Email is the exception: it is a United States product, and it is listed as one below.

Your account and billing

The checkout takes billing addresses from countries across the world, prices in one currency, and issues one invoice per order. Renewals, services and DNS are managed from the same account wherever you sign in from.

The Support Center

Every answer on the site is collected in one place and written before it is asked, so the time zone you read it in does not matter. When it is not written down yet, a person reads what you send.

Where each product runs

One region, stated per product.

The provider carries the region inside the product itself, and this store maps the United States products only. What follows is the whole list, not a selection.

  • Web, WordPress, cloud and reseller hosting Region United States The site is served from there. The WordPress plans put a CDN in front of it; see below.
  • VPS and dedicated servers Region United States The machine is there, and its IP address is a United States address.
  • Business Email Region United States Mailboxes hosted there, reachable from anywhere over IMAP, webmail and mobile.
  • Titan Email and Google Workspace Region Worldwide product The provider sells one product to the world outside its regional markets. That is the one sold here.
  • Domain names Region No region The provider exposes none, so none is invented. Registered names answer from our nameservers.

This is the whole list. A product family that is not on it is not sold here. See every product.

Far from the machine

Serving users who are not where the server is.

Distance is a fact about light, and the answer to it is not pretending the server is somewhere else. It is putting less of each visit on the round trip, in this order.

  1. 01 Know where your users are Not where you assume they are. Analytics on the site, or the countries on your invoices, tell you which distance actually matters before anything is bought to shorten it.
  2. 02 Put a cache in front The WordPress hosting plans come with caching and a globally distributed CDN configured, so pages are served from close to the reader. For any other site, the top website-protection plan adds a CDN and dynamic caching in front of it, on the plan table where it says so.
  3. 03 Let the name answer quickly A domain registered here answers from our nameservers at no charge, and the DNS editor lets you set the records without a ticket. The lookup is the first round trip of every visit.
  4. 04 Send less Fewer requests and smaller pages cross the ocean faster than more of them, from anywhere. The website performance service measures first and changes one thing at a time.
  5. 05 Measure from where they are Test the site from the countries that matter, not from your desk. If a workload still needs to sit somewhere else after that, say so and we will tell you plainly whether we can serve it.

Why it is stated this way

A region you can plan around, enforced rather than promised.

Stating one region is not a limitation being confessed. It is a fact a business can build on, and it is checked by the platform at every level so that what you see is what gets built.

One policy, six levels

The region rule is applied when plans are read from the provider, when they leave the cache, when one is selected, when a line enters the cart, when an order is placed, and again before anything is provisioned. A plan from another region cannot reach a page or a payment.

Nothing shown that cannot be built

A product the provider sells in another region exists on the account and is deliberately not mapped. It does not appear at a lower price and vanish at checkout. The catalog you compare is the catalog you can buy.

Where it runs, whether we sell it

Two questions with two authorities. The provider decides where a product runs, by building it into the product; this store decides which it sells. Keeping them apart is what lets the list above be complete rather than approximate.

If your data must stay somewhere

Some contracts and some laws say where data may live. A stated region is what makes that question answerable before you buy: United States for anything hosted here, and nowhere in particular for a domain or a worldwide mailbox product.

Questions

Before you decide.

No, and an earlier menu card used to say otherwise. Hosting, servers and Business Email sold here run in the United States. Titan Email and Google Workspace are sold as the provider's worldwide product, and domain names have no region at all. The list on this page is complete: if a product is not on it, it is not sold.

Yes. The checkout accepts billing addresses from countries across the world and prices everything in one currency. Where a product runs and where its customer lives are different questions, and only the first one has a single answer.

Slower than one next door, by the time light takes to cross the distance, and usually by far less than the page itself costs. The WordPress plans serve through a CDN so most of a page is answered from near the reader; the top website-protection plan adds a CDN in front of any site; and a lighter page shortens every round trip at once. Measure from where your visitors are before deciding it matters.

Not here. The provider carries other regions as separate products, and this store maps the United States ones only, on purpose and at every level of the platform. A plan from another region never reaches a page, a cart or an order. If your workload has to sit elsewhere, tell us, and we will say plainly whether we can serve it.

Business Email mailboxes are hosted in the United States. Titan Email and Google Workspace are the providers' worldwide products, and each publishes where its data lives in its own terms and admin documentation. Whichever you choose, the mailbox is reachable from any device wherever you are.

Nowhere in particular, which is the correct answer for a name. A registered domain is a record in its registry, and the provider exposes no region for it. What has a location is the DNS that answers for it: a domain registered here answers from our nameservers at no charge, and you may point it at any DNS provider you prefer.

One region you can plan around.

Hosting, servers and mailboxes in the United States, names that resolve everywhere, and a platform that checks the rule so you never have to. Pick what the business needs.
